RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

• FuzzYard Europe will happily receive returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.
• If we've sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty/damaged we'll happily cover the cost of return shipping. If you've changed your mind or purchased the wrong size, shipping will be at your own expense.
• All returned products must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging and contain no fur. Read below for more information.
• Before making any return, contact as to hola@fuzzyard.es and wait four our team to respond to the email to confirm that we have received your documentation. Then prepare the package for the return.
• This policy only covers online orders made via FuzzYard Europe.
• We do not refund sale items for a change of mind or incorrect sizing.

FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCT?

If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service team (hola@fuzzyard.es) along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the Return Process. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.

REFUND PROCESS

FuzzYard Europe will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condigiton in wich it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
