Before making your selection, always check the size chart and use our calculator to get a recommended size based on your dog's measurements.

Frequently Asked Questions About Halloween Toys

¿Te queda alguna duda? Escríbenos a info@fuzzyard.es y te ayudamos a elegir.

What size toy should I choose?

Check the measurements in each toy’s description. As a guide, choose one that suits your furry friend’s size: they should be able to pick it up and carry it comfortably, but it shouldn’t fit entirely in their mouth. If you’re unsure, write to us and we’ll help you choose.

Are they bite-resistant?

They are designed for playing, tossing and cuddling, not for heavy chewing: no toy is indestructible. Always supervise playtime and take the toy away if it breaks or loses a part.

How do I clean it?

Follow the care instructions given in each toy’s description. If none are given, hand wash it with cold water and mild soap and let it air dry completely before using it again.

When will it arrive?

Delivery takes about 4–6 business days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; to the rest of Europe, delivery times vary by country. Shipping costs €4.99 to mainland Spain and Portugal (free for orders of €35 or more), €5.99 to the Balearic Islands, and starting at €8.95 to the rest of Europe. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands.

Can I return it?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The toy must be unused and include its tags and original packaging.
