Frequently Asked Questions About Dog Clothing

¿Te queda alguna duda? Escríbenos a info@fuzzyard.es y te ayudamos a elegir.

What size should I choose?

Measure your dog's chest at the widest point and check the size chart or our size calculator to find the recommended size. If you're unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one. And if you're still not sure, email us at info@fuzzyard.es and we'll help you.

Can it be worn with the harness?

Yes. Many of our garments have an opening in the back so you can attach the strap to the harness without taking off the garment; you'll see this noted in each product's description. In addition, models like the Flash Jacket and the Horizon Jacket are jackets and harnesses in one.

How do you wash it?

Machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, inside a laundry bag, or hand wash it with mild detergent. Lay it flat to dry in the shade. Do not soak, bleach, dry clean, or iron it, and do not put it in the dryer. If the product description provides different instructions, follow those instead.

When will it arrive?

Delivery takes about 4–6 business days to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; to the rest of Europe, delivery times vary by country. Shipping costs €4.99 to mainland Spain and Portugal (free for orders of €35 or more), €5.99 to the Balearic Islands, and starting at €8.95 to the rest of Europe. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands.

What if the size doesn't fit?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The item must be unworn and include its tags and original packaging.
