RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

 

 

BY PLEASE SPEND A FEW MINUTES READING OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICIES. IT WON'T TAKE LONG.

Right of withdrawal:

You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations, cancelling the contract and returning the order you received. The procedure to follow if you exercise this right of withdrawal is as follows:

 

  1. You will have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to notify FuzzYard of your wish to exercise this right. You must send an email to hola@fuzzyard.es stating the reason for withdrawal, the full name with which you placed the order and the order number.
  2. Once you notify us of your wish to exercise this right, we will provide you with an address to which you must send the products in question, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw. Products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of misuse, damage, or tampering, and with all accessories (including hangers), original packaging, and tags.
  3. Once we receive the products at our facilities and verify that they are in perfect condition, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. If you have selected a shipping method other than standard, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
  4. If the products do not arrive in optimal condition due to actions attributable to the customer, FuzzYardreserves the right to not accept the withdrawal or to refund a reduced amount for the order, considering the depreciation of the product's value. In this regard, and by way of illustration but not limitation, FuzzYardwill consider the following circumstances:
  • Packaging or packaging that does not correspond to the original.
  • Appreciable use and/or wear of the product.
  • Existence of stains, scratches, damage or unpleasant odors in the products.

The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:

  • Personalized products.
  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Detailed information will be provided in the description of each product as to whether it is a product excluded from the possibility of withdrawal.

Defective Products 

If a product purchased through the FuzzYard Platform has manufacturing or quality defects, you will have the right to request the return of the product and a subsequent refund or replacement of the product. A defective product is understood to be one that does not offer the safety that could be legitimately expected, taking into account all the circumstances and, in particular, its presentation, its reasonably foreseeable use and the time of its release.

The procedure in the case of defective products will be as follows:

  1. You must notify the existence of defects in the product by email to hola@fuzzyard.es within 24 hours of receiving the order. FuzzYardmay contact you in order to request additional information or evidence that demonstrates in a the existence of the reported defects in the product is clear and evident.
  2. Subsequently, you must send the product in question to the address we provide, in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that accompanied the product at the time of delivery. 
  3. Once we receive the product, you can choose between a refund of the amount paid for the defective product or a replacement for a perfect or repaired product. FuzzYard reserves the right to choose between repair or replacement of the defective product, whichever is most appropriate and feasible. The choice will depend on the nature of the defect and the availability of similar products. If repair or replacement of the defective product is not possible, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping costs associated with the defective product.

FuzzYard reserves the right to apply an additional charge of €12. This additional charge will be applied to cover the costs associated with the new delivery attempt.

If, after returning the order to our facilities because it has not been collected from the collection point, you decide to cancel the order, we reserve the right to deduct the cost associated with returning the order from any corresponding refund or compensation. This additional charge of €12 will be applied to cover the costs of returning the order to our facilities.

If, after returning the order to our facilities because it has not been collected from the collection point, you request that we send the order again to the delivery address, we reserve the right to charge €12 to cover the associated costs of the new shipment.

FuzzYard reserves the right to modify the shipping conditions at any time, duly notifying customers of said changes. Any situation not covered by these terms and conditions will be subject to case-by-case negotiation.

In the case of defective products, the direct return costs will be borne by FuzzYard.
